The Administration’s final ruling will either be to grant the Appeal, grant the Appeal under amended conditions at the sole discretion of the Administration, or decline the Appeal.
Once the Administration has levied a final decision for an Appeal that decision is considered binding and no further attempts at an Appeal will be accepted.

I. Check-In
Participants are required to Check-In for tournaments using the published Check-In procedures in the Discord server. Failure to check in will result in removal of the Participant or Team from the event. If the event has an individual registration fee, the fee will not be refunded and will be used to fund the registration of a substitute player if possible.
J. No Shows
Participants and Teams are expected to be online and ready to play up to 15 minutes before the start of a scheduled Match. Teams will wait a maximum of an additional 15 minutes beyond the scheduled Match time. Any Team that does not have their full roster in the Game lobby and ready to play within that window will forfeit the current Match.
Subsequent rounds of play must start within 15 minutes of the conclusion of a prior round. Any Team that does not have their full roster in the Game lobby and ready to play within that window will forfeit the current Match.

In Events where Participation requires that Players are given a randomly assigned Team roster, it is the sole responsibility of the Participants to contact and assemble their Team. The Administration will not contact Participants on behalf of other Players.
The Administration will make reasonable efforts to announce the Team rosters with ample time for Participants to contact each other and prepare for the Event.
If Participants are unable to get in contact with their assigned roster, they should contact The Administration and request a Substitute assignment. The Administration will make reasonable efforts to assign a new Player to the roster. Participants are not permitted to nominate their own substitute players for Random Team Events unless the Event registration included partial team registrations (i.e. “Random Duos 4v4”)
M. Participation in Draft Team Events
In Events where Players are selected through a draft process, it is the responsibility of the drafted Players and their Team Captain to establish communication and coordinate their participation. The Administration will not facilitate communication between Team Captains and Players.
The Administration will ensure that the draft is conducted fairly and transparently, providing ample time for Team Captains to make their selections and for drafted Players to prepare for the Event.
Once a Player is drafted to a Team, they are expected to compete with that Team for the duration of the Event. If a drafted Player becomes unavailable, the Team Captain must notify The Administration, who will determine an appropriate substitute if one is available. Participants are not permitted to arrange their own substitute Players unless the Event rules explicitly allow for it.
N. Substitute Players
Except in cases defined in Section VIII. I., Participants will adhere to the following rules regarding Substitute Players:

- Teams looking to make a substitution are subject to all the rules outlined in Section VIII. G. No Shows.
- For Flash Events, Substitutions are not permitted after a Team has started its first Match.
The Administration reserves the sole right to approve or deny any Substitute Players or rosters. Violation of these rules could be subject to the Code of Conduct and result in penalties to be determined by the Administration.
O. Ties
In the event a Game ends in a tie, the game will be replayed in its entirety until a winner is determined. The replayed game(s) will utilize the same side selection for both Teams.
P. Game Restarts
If a Player experiences a disconnection or lag out the Game should be restarted with modified Win Conditions to emulate the game state conditions that were present prior to the event that prompted the restart. The restarted game will utilize the same side selection for both Teams.
Example: Team A is leading 30-25 against Team B and a disconnection causes a Game restart to occur. Team A requires 20 points to win the Game and Team B requires 25 points to win.
If a Team experiences more than two (2) disconnections in a single Game, that Game will be awarded to the opposing Team. Teams are further subject to the Rules defined in Section VIII. G. No Shows and Section VIII. K. Substitutions in the event a Participant is unable to reconnect to the Game lobby.
Other situations that could prompt a Game Restart are to be determined at the sole discretion of the Administration. Games that have been interrupted to a point where the Administration has deemed continuation of gameplay to be untenable or a threat to the integrity of the Match will be restarted. Games in which a restart has been deemed warranted shall resume from a point determined by the Administration at their sole discretion.

Actions that would be considered committing Stoppage of Play include but are not limited to manipulation of equipment resulting in the cessation of gameplay, ending or leaving the game via the in-game menus, or causing permitted time frames to extend past their designated parameters.
Players who are found to have committed Stoppage of Play may be subject to Game forfeiture or penalties as prescribed in the Code of Conduct.
S. Game Dispute Procedure
Players are free to express concerns after the conclusion of a Match or Game but should be aware that decisions made by the Administration during the Match or Game are considered binding.
Game and Match results will be considered final if there are no outstanding disputes raised within the designated window to dispute the results of a Game (the “Dispute Window”). The Dispute Window closes at: (a) the start of the following Game within a Match; (b) the start of a subsequent tournament Match from any of the Teams within the respective Game or Match; or (c) fifteen (15) minutes after the conclusion of the Match, whichever occurs first.
The final ruling of the Administration is considered binding.
SN Draft League
A. General
These following rules apply specifically to the SN Draft League and all associated events. These rules apply in addition to the rest of this Official Rulebook.
B. League Format
The season will be eight (8) weeks. Each week there will be a registration cap of thirty-two (32) individual Players. It is not required for Players to participate in every week of the League, they can choose to participate in as many or few weeks as they wish. If fewer than thirty-two (32) Players register in a week then adjustments will be made as necessary to proceed with fewer than eight (8) Teams.
From the pool of Players up to eight (8) Team Captains will be selected. Captains will be selected based on a comparison of Player Skill (CSR/MMR) and current number of points in the League.
Captains will be seeded based on Player Skill and points, and will then participate in a snake (serpentine) draft to select Players for their Team roster of four (4) Players.
For the first seven(7) weeks of the season the eight (8) Teams will then be split into one of two pools and compete in a round robin style pool play. They will play one Best of 5 Series against each other Team in their Pool.

Players wishing to compete in the League will be subject to a weekly registration fee. This fee only applies to weeks that the Player registered to compete in. Registration fees will be used to fund the League's Prize Pool and operational costs. The registration fee is non-refundable and in the event a Player is unable to play in their registered week their fee will cover a substitute Player’s entry. If a registered player is unable to compete and no substitute is needed, their registration fee will contribute to the league’s operational costs and prize pool
Fees are not transferable to future events or weeks of play, they only apply to the specific week that Player registered for.
In the event there is a League cancellation all collected fees will be refunded to the Players.
